The management of D. S. U., d.o.o. is based on the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, the Corporate Governance Code for Companies with Capital Assets of the State and on the Company's internal acts. The Company is represented by its managing director independently and by its procurator in conjunction with the managing director, while the Supervisory Board oversees the management of the Company's transactions. With the entry into force of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding Company Act (hereinafter: ZSDH) the management rights of the sole founder and owner were taken over by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (Slovenski državni holding d.d.; hereinafter: SSH).
The supervisory function at the Company is performed by a four-member supervisory board:
With the entry into force of the ZSDH, the management rights of the sole founder and owner were taken over by Slovenska odškodninska družba, d.d., which was converted on 11 June 2014 into Slovenski državni holding, d. d. which carries out the tasks and powers of the DSU's Annual General Meeting (hereinafter: AGM).
