SMART REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

In addition to its role as an investor and lessor and the marketing of available lease premises associated therewith, DSU is continuing to strengthen its activity in the area of real estate management. DSU independently manages commercial buildings Metalna, Smelt and Palača D. S. U. Over the last two years it has also been carrying out maintenance services using its own staff, enabling it to provide comprehensive supervision of the quality and costs of regular and investment maintenance.

REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT POLICY

In terms of the management of real estate, the objective of DSU's policy is to secure the value of real estate in the long-term and the competitiveness of existing investments for new projects on the market.

The management of real estate includes preventive, regular and investment maintenance, the regular elimination of identified deficiencies and the replacement of obsolete equipment, and investment in the sustainable renovation of commercial buildings.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

The management of buildings also goes hand in hand with environmental responsibility. All electricity supplied for commercial buildings owned by DSU is generated from renewable sources. DSU regularly adopts measures to reduce energy and water consumption and has a separate waste collection and disposal system in place at the buildings under its management. 

FOCUS ON THE FUTURE 

DSU regularly monitors new developments related to the construction, management and maintenance of buildings and energy, electrical and other equipment. In the context of improving the energy performance of buildings, DSU plans timely investments in older commercial buildings in order to maintain their competitiveness on the market and customer satisfaction.
